CCL Co-Comply was founded in order to provide financial firms with integrated solutions to help them manage and implement the continual onslaught of regulation. The company was born out of two organisations:

RaplhRalph Lindeyer

Chairman, United Kingdom

Ralph founded CCL in 1988 and is Chairman of the group. He has considerable experience in helping firms when things go wrong, whether from fraud, internal breaches or regulatory intrusion.

 Ralph advises firms on how to deal with the regulator on sensitive or complex issues to achieve the best regulatory result for the client and co-ordinates CCL’s resources to bring the level of support required to handle the issue.

 Ralph also supervises the international development of the CCL group and divides his time between London, the Middle East and Asia.

Experience


Ralph is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has worked in the financial services business for 35 years. Prior to founding CCL Ralph was finance director of an international derivatives and stock broking company with offices in London, New York and Chicago. He also founded the accounting practice Lindeyer, Francis, Ferguson which he left in 1988 when he founded CCL. Ralph was the first Chair of the APCC.

Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry working in senior positions for major global financial institutions. These include SG Warburg, Barclays Global Investors and NatWest Bank. Chris has also previously co-founded and successfully developed a number of new software companies servicing the financial sector. Chris founded co-comply to provide financial firms with a cost effective compliance software solution to help them manage and implement the continual onslaught of regulations that they face.

Experience


It was during his time at Barclays Global Investors, working as the Global Head of Regulatory Change, that Chris first identified the need for a new approach to support the compliance team in implementing and managing the firm’s compliance processes and controls. From his background, Chris has developed a unique combination of technical experience together with a deep understanding of global compliance operations. This unique experience underpins the design of the CCL Co-Comply solution, making it one of the most flexible and cost effective platforms on the market today.
